Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with service.

Utah Tire Valet, LLC (“Tire Valet”) requires 48 hours prior notice for deliveries by you using the forms on the Utah Tire Valet website. We cannot guarantee faster delivery service in an emergency, but you can contact us at 801.243.1211 and we will try to accommodate your request.

You will be billed monthly for storage services starting on the date that you begin service and repeating on the same date each month.

In the event we are unable to bill your credit card for your monthly service, we will attempt to contact you for new credit card information. If we are unable to bill you for a period of two months after the first time your card is rejected, we will assume that your tires have been abandoned and will sell them. From the sale amount, you will be refunded any excess above the past due monthly charges and a $100 disposal fee.

To cancel service, please complete the form on the Utah Tire Valet website. Cancellation will become effective on the next scheduled monthly payment date after the final delivery of your stored tires to you. You will not be refunded for any mid-month cancellation.

Tire Valet can only deliver tires within Utah and Salt Lake Counties. We can help arrange for delivery outside of those areas for a fee.

Tire Valet is not responsible for damaged wheels or tires in its possession (regardless of when damage occurred or occurs). It is not responsible for assessing the condition or safety of wheels or tires prior to or after storage and makes no guarantees as to condition, quality, or safety. By storing your tires with Tire Valet, you certify the quality and condition of the tires.

Tire Valet’s entire liability under the terms of its services to you, for any reason, is limited to the actual amount paid by you through the term of your service with Tire Valet.
